single-server LAN and facility line power. A designated site contact is
paged in the event of a server or power failure and again on recovery.
Failures are logged to a database for selectable hard-copy reports and
exporting. On-screen messages are logged to a text file which is
viewable from within the program. On-screen server status display.
Automtic recheck of a suspected failed server to reduce false alarms.
Audible alarm provides backup to pager notification. Site designation
included in pager codes for covering multiple sites. Runs on older
systems to reduce hardware investment. Secure monitoring because no
Netware shell is used. Customizable dialing parameters and support for
pagers requiring an access code. Paging test function verifies correct
setup. Both paging and power monitoring can be disabled.
